Juicy and Easy Air Fryer Burgers You’ll Make on Repeat
Ingredients

- 1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 for juicier burgers)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, ketchup, mustard, etc.
- Optional: oil spray for air fryer basket
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- In a bowl, gently mix ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and form patties. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking.
- Place patties in the basket, leaving space between them. Cook in batches if needed.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Add cheese during the last minute of cooking if desired.
- Toast buns in the air fryer for 1–2 minutes, if desired.
- Assemble burgers with favorite toppings and serve hot.
