Juicy and Easy Air Fryer Burgers You’ll Make on Repeat


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 for juicier burgers)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, ketchup, mustard, etc.
  • Optional: oil spray for air fryer basket

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, gently mix ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  3. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions and form patties. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Place patties in the basket, leaving space between them. Cook in batches if needed.
  6. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  7. Add cheese during the last minute of cooking if desired.
  8. Toast buns in the air fryer for 1–2 minutes, if desired.
  9. Assemble burgers with favorite toppings and serve hot.
