- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella (Can substitute with provolone or cheddar)
- 1 cup Pepperoni (Substitute with deli meats or omit for vegetarian options)
- 2 tablespoons Garlic Butter (For brushing on tops after cooking)
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning (For sprinkling on top)
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Divide pizza dough into four equal pieces and roll each into a 6-inch diameter circle.
- Spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce on one half of each dough circle, leaving a half-inch border.
- Layer shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni on top of the sauce, adding more cheese if desired.
- Fold the dough over the filling to form a half-moon shape and crimp the edges securely.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil and arrange calzones in a single layer.
- Air fry for 7-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Let cool for a minute, then brush with garlic butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning before serving.
