Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower (about 6 cups of florets)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add it to the basket of your air fryer.
  3. Air Fryer for 18 to 23 minutes. Toss once in the middle.
  4. While still hot, toss the cauliflower with the cheese. Serve and enjoy.
