- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, etc.)

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to heat for about 3-5 minutes.
- Take your thick slices of bread and lightly butter one side of each slice. Create a small well in the center of each slice without cutting all the way through.
- Crack one egg into the well you’ve created in each toast, keeping the yolk intact.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese around the edges of the egg or directly on top.
- Place the prepared bread slices into the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes, adjusting based on your preferred yolk consistency.
- Remove the hot toast from the air fryer, season with salt, pepper, and herbs, and serve immediately.
