Deliciously Quick Air Fryer Fried Rice in Just 20 Minutes
Ingredients

- 4 cups Cooked White Rice (Preferably leftover rice)
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil (Canola or sesame oil)
- 1 cup Carrots (Diced small)
- 1 cup Green Peas (Frozen, no need to thaw)
- 1 medium Onion (Chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 2 large Eggs (Beaten)
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce (Low-sodium recommended)
- 2 tablespoons Green Onions (Chopped for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, crack and beat the eggs until well combined.
- In a non-stick skillet, sauté chopped onions and minced garlic over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes.
- Add diced carrots and frozen peas to the sautéed mixture and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cold cooked rice along with the soy sauce, mixing thoroughly for about 3-4 minutes.
- Create a small space in the center of the rice mixture and pour in the beaten eggs, stirring gently until scrambled.
- Mix everything together until well combined and heated thoroughly, about 2 minutes.
- Remove from the fryer, transfer to a serving bowl, and garnish with chopped green onions.
