- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 2 jalapeños (finely diced)
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mix filling ingredients until smooth.
- Fill and roll eggroll wrappers.
- Heat oil to frying temperature.
- Fry eggrolls until golden and crisp.
- Drain briefly and serve warm.
