Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the potatoes thinly and toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until tender and lightly browned. Set aside.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to the desired size. Transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
