  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Optional: 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken with BBQ sauce. Stir until well coated.
  2. In another bowl, mix coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Optional: Add cilantro and green onions to coleslaw. Stir to incorporate.
  4. Lay out a tortilla on a flat surface. Place BBQ chicken mixture in the center, followed by coleslaw.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom to enclose filling.
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Cut each wrap in half for easier handling and serving.
  8. Serve immediately for best texture, or store in the refrigerator if preparing in advance.
