- 2/3 cup granulated sugar

- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup Greek-style yogurt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla extract, egg, and Greek yogurt to the creamed mixture; mix until well combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in fresh blueberries carefully.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
