- 4 cups diced potatoes

- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onions and garlic to the pot; cook until softened.
- Stir in diced potatoes and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
- Lower the heat and stir in milk and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
