This Chicken and Cheese Poutine is a rich, indulgent meal perfect for easy dinners or game nights.

- 1 lb frozen French fries
- 1 large chicken breast, diced
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 cups chicken or brown gravy
Instructions
- Spread the fries evenly on a baking sheet and cook them according to package instructions, or air fry them until golden and crispy.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook for 7–10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Warm store-bought gravy in a saucepan or make homemade gravy by combining broth, butter, and flour, simmering until thickened.
- Place hot fries on a large serving plate. Add cooked chicken, then sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top. Pour hot gravy generously over everything.
- Top with crumbled bacon and chopped green onions. Serve immediately while hot and melty.
