- 4 slices of Swiss cheese

- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pound chicken breasts to a thickness of about ¼ inch. Layer each breast with a slice of chicken and Swiss cheese, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks.
- Dredge each roll in seasoned flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat in breadcrumbs.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sear the rolls in olive oil and butter until golden brown on all sides.
- Transfer the rolls to a baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- For the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, then gradually add milk until smooth. Stir in Dijon mustard and Parmesan; simmer until thickened.
- Remove toothpicks from rolls, slice them into rounds, drizzle with sauce, and serve.
