Ingredients

- 2 lb boneless chicken thighs (skinless)
- 0.75 cup plain yogurt
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 lemon (zest and juice)
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1.5 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mix yogurt, oil, garlic, lemon, and spices.
- Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours.
- Cook chicken in a hot skillet until golden and cooked through.
- Rest briefly, then slice thinly.
- Serve hot with desired accompaniments.
