- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups chopped kale
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
