Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a mini muffin pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, rolled oats, applesauce, egg, cinnamon, honey, baking powder, and salt.
- Let the mixture rest for about 5 minutes.
