  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread thawed hash browns evenly in the prepared dish.
  3. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese over the hash browns.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
