  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry using paper towels to help the skin crisp up in the oven. Place them on a lined baking sheet or in a roasting pan.
  2. Drizzle the thighs with olive oil and rub it in evenly.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and dried thyme.
