- 1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta (dry)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1.5 cups Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Grease slow cooker and add seasoned chicken.
- Add garlic, butter, broth, and cream.
- Cook on LOW for 4 hours.
- Shred chicken and stir in Parmesan.
- Add pasta and cook until tender.
- Rest briefly before serving.
