Description

Delicious Funfetti Cookies filled with colorful sprinkles and white chocolate chips.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 ½ cups funfetti white chocolate chips
  • Colored sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Cream together the butter and both sugars until fluffy.
  2. Beat in the egg and vanilla.
  3. Add the flour, baking powder and salt.
  4. Mix until just everything is combined.
  5. The dough will be very crumbly.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  7. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and form each portion into a ball. Just until it comes together.
  8. Press the sprinkles all over the top and sides of the cookies.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  10. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees while the dough chills.
  11. Bake the cookies for 18 minutes.
  12. Let the cookies sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack.
  13. Enjoy!

  • Store cookies in an airtight container.
  • Can substitute chocolate chips for funfetti chips.
