- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Spread the pesto evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the pesto.
- Arrange the chopped artichoke hearts and broccoli florets on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the toppings and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are bubbly and slightly charred.
- Slice and serve hot, garnished with additional fresh basil or arugula if desired.
