- 1 medium Green Bell Pepper
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

- 8 slices Provolone Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
- Heat the pan: Drizzle olive oil into a large skillet and heat over medium-high for 1-2 minutes.
- Cook vegetables: Add onions and green bell peppers, sauté for 3-5 minutes, then add mushrooms if using.
- Brown the beef: Push veggies aside, add ground beef, cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Season: Stir in garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce, mix and cook for 2 minutes.
- Melt the cheese: Place slices of provolone cheese on top, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes until melted.
- Prepare rolls: Slice hoagie rolls lengthwise and toast lightly if desired.
