This Homemade Chocolate Granola is crunchy, chocolatey, and satisfying. It’s perfect for quick breakfasts, healthy snacks, or satisfying your sweet tooth.
Ingredients

- 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts (or almonds)
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
- Optional: 1/4 cup shredded coconut, dried fruit, or puffed rice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, cocoa powder, salt, and chopped nuts.
- In a saucepan, melt the coconut oil and honey (or maple syrup) over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients. Mix until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and press down gently.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then sprinkle chopped chocolate over top.
- Allow to cool completely before breaking into chunks and storing.
