- ½ (17.5-ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 (8-ounce) container herbed cream cheese
- 6 ounces sliced Swiss cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lightly flour a flat work surface. Unroll the thawed puff pastry and gently roll it into a smooth rectangle.
- Spread a thin, even layer of herbed cream cheese over the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border along one long edge.
- Arrange Swiss cheese slices evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Starting from the opposite long edge, roll the pastry tightly into a log, jelly-roll style.
- Slice the roll into ¼-inch-thick pinwheels and place them cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake on the center rack for 15–20 minutes, or until puffed, lightly golden, and bubbling.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
