  • 1 (8-ounce) container herbed cream cheese
  • 6 ounces sliced Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly flour a flat work surface. Unroll the thawed puff pastry and gently roll it into a smooth rectangle.
  3. Spread a thin, even layer of herbed cream cheese over the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border along one long edge.
  4. Arrange Swiss cheese slices evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Starting from the opposite long edge, roll the pastry tightly into a log, jelly-roll style.
  6. Slice the roll into ¼-inch-thick pinwheels and place them cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake on the center rack for 15–20 minutes, or until puffed, lightly golden, and bubbling.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
