- 12 slider buns
- 6 oz high-quality salami
- 6 oz capicola
- 8 oz provolone cheese
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup tomato slices
- ¼ cup Italian dressing
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Slice slider buns in half horizontally and lay them open.
- Layer the bottom half with salami, capicola, and provolone cheese.
- Add lettuce and tomato slices on top, then drizzle with Italian dressing.
- Close the sliders and brush the tops with a mixture of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and the buns turn golden brown.
