This Korean Ground Beef Bowl is a quick, flavorful, sweet-savory weeknight dinner served over warm rice and ready in just 15 minutes.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Simmer for 3–5 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
- Serve beef mixture over warm cooked rice.
- Top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
