A festive platter of loaded nachos perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chips.
- Add black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños on top.
- Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and top with sour cream, chopped cilantro, and diced avocado.
- Serve with salsa on the side.
