- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup white cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp Panko bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese (pre-shredded)
- 1/2 Tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
- If using fresh spinach, wash thoroughly; if using frozen, ensure it’s thawed and drained.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- In a food processor or mixing bowl, combine sautéed garlic with spinach, cream cheese, and heavy cream; blend until smooth.
- Add parmesan cheese and white cheddar; season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder; mix well.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with Panko crumbs and melted butter. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
