Instructions
- Pound Garlic: Using a mortar and pestle, pound the garlic cloves into a fine paste.
- Mix Filling: In a large bowl, combine minced prawns with garlic paste, sesame oil, soy sauce, egg white, cornflour, and sea salt. Mix until combined.
- Prepare Glue: Mix plain flour and water to form a thick paste for sealing the wrappers.
