Cool, creamy, and crunchy, these No Bake Mint Chocolate Chip Clusters are made with chocolate, cereal, marshmallows, and mint candy.
Ingredients

- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 ½ cups crispy rice cereal or cornflakes
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ¾ cup mint candy pieces or mint chocolate candies
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a heatproof bowl, combine semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips with butter. Melt over a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and gently fold in the cereal, mini marshmallows, mint candy pieces, and mini chocolate chips until fully coated.
- Use a spoon or cookie scoop to drop tablespoon-sized mounds onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Let the clusters set at room temperature or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Once set, remove from the parchment paper and serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
