Description

Celebrate the holidays with festive Mistletoe Mimosas, featuring cranberry and apple juice ice cubes infused with fresh rosemary, topped with chilled champagne or sparkling apple cider.


Ingredients

  • 72 fresh cranberries (approx. 12 per ice cube mold for 6 molds)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 6 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) champagne, chilled (or sparkling apple cider for mocktail)

Instructions

  1. Pop about 12 fresh cranberries into each ice cube mold.
  2. Pour cranberry juice cocktail into each mold until halfway full, then top with apple juice.
  3. Place a sprig of fresh rosemary into each mold.
  4. Transfer the ice cube trays to the freezer and freeze overnight or until solid, about 8 hours.
  5. Pop the mistletoe ice cubes out of the molds and place them in cocktail glasses.
  6. Pour chilled champagne or sparkling apple cider over the ice cubes. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust the number of cranberries based on mold size and preference.
  • Leave a small gap at the top of each mold for expansion during freezing.
