Ingredients

- 12 oz pitted Medjool dates
- 4 oz goat cheese (room temperature)
- 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
- Zest and juice of 1 orange
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Hot honey for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice each date lengthwise without cutting all the way through and fill with goat cheese.
- In a bowl, mix walnuts, rosemary, orange zest, juice, cinnamon, sea salt, and olive oil until combined.
- Arrange the stuffed dates in a baking pan and spoon the walnut mixture over each.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before drizzling with hot honey.
