- 1 ounce ranch seasoning mix
- 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken into the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
- Spoon the cream of chicken soup over the top.
- Distribute the cubed cream cheese evenly across the surface.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks or leave whole as desired.
- Stir everything together to fully incorporate the cream cheese into the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if using.
- Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
