Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until you achieve stiff peaks.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the frozen raspberries with powdered sugar until they reach a liquid consistency.
- Dip speculoos cookies in milk briefly and layer them in your serving dish. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture on top, followed by some raspberry sauce, creating swirls with a spoon.
