  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (12 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed
  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 (11 oz) box vanilla wafers
  • Optional: extra strawberries or crushed wafers for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until fully combined.
  3. Fold the cream cheese mixture into the pudding until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold in half of the Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
  5. In a 9×13 dish, add a layer of vanilla wafers on the bottom.
  6. Top with half of the banana slices and half of the strawberries.
  7. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the fruit.
  8. Repeat layers: wafers, fruit, remaining pudding mixture.
  9. Spread the remaining Cool Whip on top.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
  11. Top with extra strawberries or crushed wafers before serving if desired.
