- 4 large Banana Peppers (the star of the dish)
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil (or any cooking oil/butter)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash the banana peppers thoroughly, cut off the tops, and remove seeds and membranes.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions and garlic for 3 minutes. Add ground beef and cook until browned; season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cooked rice and half of the mozzarella, followed by marinara sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Stuff each banana pepper tightly with the filling.
- Bake covered for 25 minutes. Remove foil, top with remaining mozzarella, and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Let cool slightly and garnish with parsley before serving.
