  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix warm milk and sugar. Sprinkle yeast on top and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until bubbly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Add the activated yeast mixture to the wet ingredients and stir to combine.
  4. Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms. You may need to adjust the flour amount slightly.
  5. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  6. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
