- 1 cup Pineapple

Instructions
- Prepare the Pork: Place the pork in a large saucepan and cover it with cold water. Bring the water to a boil over high heat.
- Simmer for Tenderness: Reduce the heat to low and let the pork simmer for 45 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the Wok: Warm a large wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil. Season with cracked black pepper.
