  • 16 ounces milk chocolate, finely chopped (or 2 cups of milk chocolate chips)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 package marshmallows (approximately 1012 ounces)
  • 2 sleeves of Graham crackers
  • Optional: Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your pellet grill to 425°F.
  2. Place a 10-inch skillet on the hot grill and melt the butter, coating the skillet surface.
  3. Add the chopped milk chocolate and heavy cream to the skillet, then let it rest for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Return the skillet to the grill and stir the mixture until smooth.
  5. Spread the marshmallows over the chocolate mixture. Close the grill lid and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Remove the skillet from the grill. Serve the dip with graham crackers or Oreo cookies.
  7. For an extra treat, stir the melted marshmallows into the chocolate base.
