  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. For crispier edges, add a teaspoon or two of vegan butter into the pan and let it melt.
  4. Using a 1/4 cup scoop, pour the batter onto the heated pan. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the bottom is golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Flip the pancakes carefully and cook the other side for 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked through. Repeat with remaining batter.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as maple syrup, fresh fruits, or additional vegan butter.
