- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup white BBQ sauce
- 4 sub rolls
- 1 cup coleslaw
- 1/2 cup sliced pickles
- 1/4 cup sliced onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with white BBQ sauce.
- Slice the sub rolls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Fill each roll with the BBQ chicken mixture.
- Top with coleslaw, pickles, and onions.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm.
