- 1 (12 oz) bag white chocolate chips
- 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
- 1 cup red and green gumdrops or chewy candy, chopped
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease it to prevent sticking. Set the dish aside for later.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter, white chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir with a greased spatula to combine evenly. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
- Let the melted mixture cool for about 1 minute to thicken slightly, then gently fold in the chopped red and green gumdrops or chewy candies to distribute them evenly without melting.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula to press it evenly into a flat layer. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, allowing the candy to fully set.
- Once chilled and firm, lift the candy out of the dish by lifting the parchment paper. Remove the paper and cut the candy into small, bite-sized pieces. Store the pieces in an airtight container for optimal freshness.
